Our Director, Robyn Ramos, has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Development and Social Work.  She is a candidate for Masters in Human Resource.  Her experience as a Child Care Licensing Representative for the State of Texas has made sure our center follows ALL the standards set out by Texas Child Care Licensing.

Our Assistant Director, Darlene Smith, holds a Child Development Associate Certificate and has been teaching for 32+ years.

Our educators’ credentials are extensive, from Texas Teaching Certificate, Child Development Associate, teaching in classrooms for 30+ years, and others rich with experience in early childhood development.  What they all share is a passion for teaching and are gifted with the ability to touch the minds and hearts of each child in their care.  All have been trained and cross-trained to qualify to go into any classroom as needed.  Our educators inspire and guide all students in developing critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity.  Every activity our students participate in is an opportunity for our educators to teach, and the students to learn.  Our educators are always kept up to date on new and exciting ways to enhance our student’s minds.  Annually they take at least 30 clock hours of education centered around early childhood development.  All our staff completes a criminal background check and are fingerprinted before they are assigned a classroom or job duties.  Everyone is also trained in CPR and First Aid every two years.

We still follow an age-old standard of a family run center with lots of hugs and love given and received daily.  Some of the most important things our teachers teach our students are love, trust, self-confidence, and all develop a strong self-esteem.
